Pablo has over 20 years of banking experience in Latam, with a primary focus on the origination and structuring of capital markets and financing transactions. He has occupied the position of Director and Head of the Legal Department at the Local Correspondent to Chartered WestLB, London. Previously, he served as Assistant Director and Assistant Representative at West Merchant Bank Limited, London, and Consultant to DEPFA BANK (Europe).

Juan has worked as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group in Santiago, Chile, focusing on mining, retail and consumer goods. He is co-founder of a Real Estate company in New York created to acquire distressed commercial and residential properties. Juan holds a MA degree from and is a PhD candidate at Princeton University.

Andrés joined KBR Group in 2010 and has since managed several large project finance, capital markets and M&A deals in Germany, Spain and Latin America. Previously, he worked as a Credit Risk Analyst for the former Bolivian subsidiary of Grupo Santander, where he analyzed many of the largest business operations of the institution. Additionally, he has worked managing liquidity, market and credit risk for banks serving the small business and microfinance segments. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Texas in Austin and a Masters of Finance and Economics from Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg, Germany.
